Stewardess Julie VandeWoestyne brings extensive hospitality and diving experience, while Deckhand Tiaan Greeff offers strong technical skills and enthusiasm for water sports. Chef Jessica-Lynn Muller completes the team with extensive yacht-chef experience and a passion for creative, tailored cuisine, including dietary and plant-based options.

A refined and diverse culinary experience
Chef Jess creates an ever-changing menu that blends Mediterranean and French influences with vibrant Asian and Caribbean flavours. Expect beautifully presented dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, from elegant seafood and premium meats to colourful salads, creative vegetarian options and indulgent desserts. Breakfasts range from freshly baked pastries and tropical fruit to eggs and healthy bowls, while lunches and dinners are complemented by carefully selected wines. The menu is designed to be both sophisticated and relaxed, with every meal tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements.
