Captain Ilias Stamatelos
Ilias is a relatively low profile but efficient and decisive person, capable of keeping his composure in difficult situations. He has good communication skills, able to get on with a wide range of personalities, but also able to be quietly assertive when the situation demands. His acquaintance with the sea started when he was young and he acquired his first sailing certificate at the age of 24; Since then he has been looking for opportunities to get more skills and experience as a professional skipper. He has been skippering sailing boats, including monohull and catamarans, around the Aegean and the Ionian Sea during the last years and has also participated in sailing races. Ηe has also worked with motor yachts of various types and sizes. He is currently holding an RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore, sail and motor, both commercially. Ilias is a well-organized and easy going person with a meticulous eye for safety.

Nikos is a dedicated and experienced Cook with over 15 years of experience in hospitality, private dining, and yachting. Throughout his career, he has worked in hotels, restaurants, private events, and onboard luxury yachts, consistently delivering high-quality cuisine and personalized service. Specializing in Mediterranean, Greek, Italian, and American cuisine, Nikos enjoys creating fresh, flavourful dishes using high-quality ingredients while tailoring every menu to guests' preferences and dietary requirements.
His yachting experience as a Private Chef and Host has further strengthened his ability to work in a dynamic environment, where professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail are essential. Calm under pressure and highly organized, he ensures that every meal is prepared and presented to the highest standards while maintaining an efficient and well-managed galley. Nikos holds a Professional Diploma in Culinary Arts, an Advanced (C1) English Certificate, a Motorboat Licence, and has a genuine passion for hospitality. His warm personality, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional guest service make him a valuable member of any crew, always striving to create memorable culinary experiences throughout every charter.
