Rotational Captain: Ben Bowring
Rotational Captain: Diana Vega
Deck/ Stew: Honor Glynn-Williams
Rotational Captain - Ben Bowring
Ben's passion for all things yachts, ocean and hospitality was sparked from a young age, sailing in the Mediterranean with his family. After completing his Yachtmaster at age 19, he has dedicated his career to yachting. Since then, he has worked in many sectors of the industry; As an instructor of the Yachtmaster syllabus to professional sailors, Charter Captain in the Caribbean and Flotilla Captain in the Mediterranean. His passion for sailing also led to competing in offshore races as part of the royal ocean racing club (RORC) including the Rolex Fastnet.
Rotational Captain - Diana Vega
Diana brings the experience of a true ocean sailor and the warmth of someone who loves sharing the sea. Having grown up in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, she is a keen racer, and in 2025 to 2026 served as First Mate on the Clipper Race, a 328-day circumnavigation covering more than 45,000 nautical miles, with several podium finishes along the way. She has also completed four Atlantic crossings.
Diana began her career instructing sailing and watersports and still loves teaching guests of all abilities. After her first Atlantic crossing she fell in love with the Caribbean and stayed, operating charter boats in Nevis. She has also spent time as a sailing instructor and charter skipper in the British Virgin Islands.
Having run the interior of a luxury classic yacht, Diana understands that a great charter depends on great service as well as great sailing. A former cocktail bartender, she makes a mean sundowner too.
Away from the helm, Diana loves diving, fishing and pretty much any adrenaline sport you can think of.
Deckhand -Honor Glynn-Williams
Joining the yachting industry with a passion for hospitality and guest service, Honor brings a warm, enthusiastic approach and a natural ability to make guests feel welcome. As a graduate in modern languages, she is a native English speaker and is fluent in both French and Spanish, with intermediate Portuguese, allowing her to communicate effortlessly with guests from around the world.
Her background in hospitality and working alongside a tour manager has given her excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in busy environments. Friendly, approachable, and always smiling, she enjoys creating memorable experiences and ensuring every guest feels relaxed and well cared for throughout their charter.
When she's not on board, she enjoys running and a range of water sports, making her the perfect companion for active guests looking to make the most of life on the water.

Plus Expenses
The charter rate covers your yacht and professional crew, but running costs — fuel, provisions, taxes and any additional expenses — are charged separately. We recommend budgeting an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) of 20–30% on top of the base rate for sailing yachts, or 30–40% for motor yachts. This is paid upfront to the captain, who manages all onboard spending and provides a full account of every expense. Any unspent funds are returned to you at the end of the charter.
